I hadn't played my Gen X-1 for quite some time. When I took it off the shelf recently, I found that it wasn't working as well as it should. The keyboard had become dirty just from being exposed to household air and dust. I cleaned the metal keyboard and stylus to get it working again. But I decided it would be best to not openly display it on the shelves where I keep my Stylophone collection if I still want to be able to play it for years to come.
